The twins moved into special accommodations, St. Ivy's, a residential rental home specifically made for wealthy students.
Alexandra took a marked interest in the new scientific equipment at the university. Her father had essentially built her a lab at home, but she had never seen this machine before.
Meanwhile, the next day on campus she debuted her new haircut, courtesy of the campus stylist. The 'do eventually became so popular, Sims everywhere went to their salons and asked for "the Alexandra." (It's Newsea's Sweet Scar hairstyle in RL.)

Meanwhile, she went to the science node to work on her extra credit project on tie nodes -- whatever they were.
